The Role of Voice Engineer (VoIP) - Cisco
A great opportunity to join a market leader within the IT, Voice and Data services sector has arisen as the main Engineer and contact for Infrastructure Cisco Voice. The ideal candidate will be Cisco certified and have spent several years specialising in supporting Cisco routing and switching and Cisco Voice
Experience ideally includes Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. You will also be able to showcase the qualities of an experienced Network engineer.
Essential Skills of Voice Engineer (VoIP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Cisco Certification - CCNA Routing and Switches
- Cisco Certification - CCNA Voice / CCNP / CCVP / CCSP
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco network implementation, administration and troubleshooting. Route and Switch experience
- Build new servers, physical and virtual
- Key understanding of ITIL framework.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be personable and communicative in a customer facing environment. You will have a desire for continuous development and a willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
